CONTEST RULES
on "Conceptual project development
land that separates the green lanes Witosa Avenue in Lublin"
held at the Sixth Regional Horticultural Exhibition and Fair for Horticultural
"EDEN 2009"
on 24 - April 26, 2009 in Lublin
§ 1
right to participate in the competition are entitled to all companies and designers
active in the design and implementation of land green (gardens, parks and public places
etc.) and university students about the direction of landscape architecture, architecture or the shape
green areas, as well as investors (municipal offices,
in which the projects, such as revitalizing green space)
§ 2 Accession
the competition is voluntary and is based on a written pre-notification
(annex no. 1). After submitting the application, each participant will get the map
for design purposes with the selected area electronic means
on his e-mail. Competition Materials should be sent to
Lublin International Fair or submit to the Fair Office no later than
6 April 2009,
meet the deadline is treated as ceasing to participate in the Competition.
§ 3
notified draft will be considered if accompanied by the materials
contest entry fee of proof 200 zł, the competition for the account

with a note the contest and the basic data of the participant. Free
part in the competition is reserved exclusively for students.
§ 4
Participation in the competition signifies acceptance of its conditions.
§ 5
Each participant may submit only one job board.
§ 6
indescribable contest entries must be sent: in the form of computer printouts
on rigid boards (up to 2 boards) format (70 x 100 cm) and additionally
stored on a CD.
§ 7
Qualification sent works and will evaluate the selection board appointed by
promoter.
Contest entries not complying with the requirements referred to in the rules of the competition
or submitted after the deadline referred to in § 2, will not be assessed
jury.
§ 8
The projects submitted must be accompanied by unspeakable name anonymous,
sealed envelope described only the title / name
project located within the personal data of participants (annex no. 2). Works sent to
contest will not be returned to the participants and remain the property of the organizer.
§ 9
win a prize:
• Mayor's Award of Lublin.
• Award of the Rector of the University of Life Sciences in Lublin
• Diploma and the Association of Scientific and Technical Award for Engineers and Technicians
of Horticulture / Lublin
§ 10
Jury Verdict and the awards ceremony will be held on 24 April 2009,
in the symposium held during the VI Provincial Horticultural Exhibition and Fair
EDEN 2009 in the exhibition hall.
§ 11
